The following MS PowerPoint presentation represents the work done for a regional oil/gas producer who wanted to identify all of their occupational health and safety hazards and evaluate the risk. The probabilistic risk evaluation was rank ordered to identify gaps within the company's policy, programs, and procedures and construct a strategic management plan for change management. The return on investment showed the company a hidden cost savings benefit within their organization. The information was transferable to their contract support and downstream supplies to further improve on their investment in safety. With the global market pressure to reduce the cost of crude oil, this opportunity helped balance the ledger for the short-term. Improvements in occupational health and safety can be sustainable with the implementation of a comprehensive occupational health and safety management system, authoritative recordkeeping and data management. Staff and installation personnel were re-trained to perform more comprehensive inspections, audits, and surveys of the workplace. This success story has been replicated throughout other industries. Now, how can we help your company meet their goals and objectives for human performance, productivity, and profitability through sustainable occupational health and safety initiatives?
